Fast Transfer Product Heat Transfer Testing and Report
This project focused on evaluating the thermal performance and energy efficiency of a fast transfer device to determine its watt-hour operating limit. I developed a detailed testing protocol outlining procedures for temperature measurement and performance analysis. Using National Instruments hardware and thermocouples, I programmed a LabVIEW interface to collect, live-stream, and log thermal data in real time. After running multiple test cycles, I analyzed the results to calculate energy consumption and identify performance thresholds. The final technical report documented the methodology, data interpretation, and recommendations for optimizing the device’s thermal management and operational efficiency.
